Shipping Policy
- In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Made-to-order pieces ship in 6–10 weeks.
- UK standard: 2–4 business days. UK express: next business day.
- International: 5–14 business days depending on destination.
- A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the studio.
- LumiBaby is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
- 14-day returns on unworn, unwashed dolls in original packaging.
- Refunds issued within 5–10 business days of return inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Custom commissions and Archive pieces are final sale.
- Items showing use, altered hair, or missing certificates are not eligible.
Privacy Policy
- We collect: name, email, shipping address, payment details, and commission request info.
- We use data to: fulfil orders, provide support, and personalise communications.
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion anytime at hello@lumibaby.co.
- Cookies are used for essential function and analytics with consent.
Terms of Sale
- All prices in GBP and include UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.
- LumiBaby reserves the right to limit quantities on limited editions.
- Minor colour variations may occur between monitors and in person.
- Commission deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Intellectual Property
All sculpts, product photography, and written content on lumibaby.co are the original work of the LumiBaby studio and may not be reproduced, cast, molded, or resold without written permission.
Age & Usage Notice
LumiBaby dolls are collectible art pieces intended for ages 14 and up. They are not designed, tested, or certified as children's toys.
